Willl my yard be perfect after you clean it?
We will do our very best to make your yard as clean as possible, consistent with the current condition of your lawn and grass height. The condition of the poop also has a factor in what we doo. Sometimes a less than solid pile will leave a residoo on the grass. That usually dries up quickly, or gets washed away by the rain or sprinklers within a day or so.
If your pool deck, patio, or any other solid area that we clean has a stain or residoo left on it after we scoop, we do not hose it down or scrub the area. In S FL, the sun will quickly dry up and turn the residoo into dust. If we hose it off, there is a good chance that some of the water will run into your swimming pool, and we do not want to take any chances of any contaminated water entering your pool.
What if I want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call us at the latest by 8:00 a.m. on the day of service to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days.
What happens when it rains?
We work in just about any weather conditions. We will not work in hurricane warnings, tropical storm warnings, lightning, or severe thunderstorms. We will try to make up the missed work that same week. If we cannot make up the work that week, we will pick up the extra poop on your next visit.
Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No - We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.
*If we are unable to gain access to your gated community, your gate is locked, or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it will be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed.
We take off the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We try to work on all other holidays. However, if your gated community will not allow us in to work because it is a holiday, we will catch up to your yard on your next scheduled service day.
